There are multiple reasons why you did not receive a response.
- Insufficient details: people write an email to us without providing the necessary details. If you simply type your problem without giving us details to track your registration/enrolment, we will not be able to respond.
we need at the minimum:
- Your Full name
- Email id with which you registered for our course
- Name of the Course
- Complete Description of your problem. please provide details of the chapter and lesson where you face the problem.
- Screenshots or Video capture of the problem
2. Problems with other Vendor platforms or software
In our Courses, we refer to other vendor platforms or software to register an account and complete certain activities. If you face any problems with other vendors, you MUST approach only those vendors directly. for example if you face a problem with your Amazon Alexa Skill that you published on Amazon platforms, you MUST only contact Amazon Support teams. Please note WiselyWise will not respond to such problems.
3. Strong Language or Abusive Behavior
Sometimes we receive emails that contain strong language and unwarranted accusations. Please note we WILL NOT respond to all these emails under any circumstance. We also retain the right to take action as per our Terms & Conditions.
4. Not Following the Process
All students are expected to first check with their Mentors/Faculty first. They are also expected to visit this SupportCentral Portal and check for solutions to their problems.
We will ask for proof of such process steps before responding to emails.
